1. Information, not medical advice
Everything on this website is general information about our practice and treatments. It is not medical advice and does not replace a consultation. Whether a treatment is right for you can only be decided after an in-person assessment with Dr. Kamal Uddin Khan.
2. Results vary
Every person is different. Recovery times, durations and outcomes described on this site are typical guides, not promises. Before-and-after photographs show the results of individual clients, shared with their written consent, and do not guarantee that you will achieve the same result. All surgical and non-surgical procedures carry risks, which will be explained to you during consultation.
3. Appointments
Online bookings are handled through our Odoo booking system. A booking reserves a consultation slot; it is not a commitment to any treatment. We may contact you to confirm, reschedule or, where necessary, cancel an appointment. If you need to change your appointment, please let us know as early as possible on WhatsApp.
4. Fees
Treatment fees are confirmed in person after consultation and may differ from any general guidance. Any fees, deposits and refund terms that apply to your treatment will be explained to you before you agree to proceed.
5. Using the site
Please use this website lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt it, gain unauthorised access to it or to our booking system, or submit false or another person's information.
6. Content and images
The text, photographs, logo and design of this website belong to Cosmetico by Dr. Kamal or are used with permission. Client photographs are shared with consent and must not be copied, downloaded, republished or used in any way. Other content may not be reproduced without our written permission.
7. Other websites
This site links to and embeds services run by others, including Odoo, WhatsApp, Instagram and YouTube. We are not responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
8. Limitation of liability
We take care to keep this website accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it is complete, current or free of errors or interruptions. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the website. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility we have for the clinical care we provide to you.
9. Privacy
How we handle your personal information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
