Cosmetico by Dr. Kamal is a plastic and aesthetic surgery practice led by Dr. Kamal Uddin Khan, operating at Floor 3, WWF Plaza, F6 Markaz, Sector F6, Islamabad, Pakistan and B-3 Main Chowrungi, Jinnah Town, Quetta, 87312, Pakistan. We are responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information we collect

• Contact details you give us when you book or message us: name, phone or WhatsApp number, email address and city.
• Appointment details: the treatment you are interested in, preferred clinic, date and time, and any notes you choose to add.
• Health information you share with us before or during consultation, including medical history, previous treatments and clinical photographs.
• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, Instagram, YouTube or by phone.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, collected by our booking and hosting providers to run the service securely.

• To arrange, confirm, reschedule and remind you about appointments.
• To assess your suitability for treatment, plan your care and provide aftercare.
• To keep accurate medical records as required for safe clinical practice.
• To reply to your questions and keep in touch about your treatment.

4. Clinical photographs

Photographs taken for your treatment are part of your medical record and are used only for your care. We will never publish your photographs on this website, social media or anywhere else without your separate written consent. You may withdraw that consent at any time, and we will remove the images from our channels within a reasonable period.

5. Who we share it with

Your information is seen only by the clinical and concierge team involved in your care. We use a small number of trusted service providers to operate the practice:

• Odoo, which runs our online appointment booking, calendar and client records.
• WhatsApp (Meta), if you choose to contact us there.
• Our website hosting provider.

These providers may store data on servers outside Pakistan and process it under their own privacy terms. We may also disclose information where the law requires it, or to protect someone's health or safety in an emergency.

6. Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The booking panel is provided by Odoo and may set cookies needed for it to work. Links to Instagram, YouTube and WhatsApp take you to those services, which have their own cookie policies.

7. How long we keep it

Medical records are kept for as long as required for safe clinical practice and by applicable law. Enquiries that do not lead to treatment are deleted when they are no longer needed.

8. Keeping it safe

Access to client records is limited to authorised staff, protected by passwords and held on secure systems. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable care to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

9. Your choices

You may ask us to show you the information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. You may also withdraw consent for photographs or messages at any time. Contact us using the details below and we will respond promptly.

10. Children

This website is intended for adults. Treatment of anyone under 18 is arranged only with a parent or guardian, who provides information on their behalf.
